Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves from the base of the cauliflower to expose the stem; discard the leaves.
  2. Using a large chef’s knife, cut the cauliflower in half from the top of the crown through the stem.
  3. Using a pairing knife, cut the stems to keep only the large florets. You can then cut the large florets into smaller ones, as needed for the recipe.

Notes

  • Storage: Store any cut cauliflower in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-10 days.
