Banana Chips Ingredients:
- 3 large bananas
- 2 Tbsp stevia
- extra virgin olive oil spray
Instructions
- Peel and slice your bananas to the same thickness.
- Load the bananas into a bowl with lemon juice and gently toss, making sure you don’t break your banana slices. Then use a spoon to remove them so that they don’t break.
- Load the banana slices onto the air fryer oven trays, making sure none are on top of each other. Spray the bananas with extra virgin olive oil and then sprinkle with stevia.
- Place in the air fryer oven on the top shelf (or use all shelves) and air fry for 3 hours at 55c/130f.
- Allow to cool before transferring to storage containers for later.

Notes
- Setting. Note that the Power Air Fryer Oven has a weird set up. You have to press fruit and then adjust the time up to 55c and then adjust the cook time.
- Lemon. Its essential that you toss your banana in lemon otherwise as they cook you will have ugly brown banana chips that are not as flavoursome and not as firm as they should be.
- Thanks for reading our dehydrated banana chips recipe on Recipe This. We have many more Air Fryer recipes for you to check out next. Though if you would like more fruit, then I recommend you try our air fryer baked oatmeal.
