How to Freeze Bananas

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe bananas (or as many as you want)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel the bananas and slice them vertically into coins, just under 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas in a single, even row onto the baking sheet
  3. Place into the freezer and freeze until the bananas are firm, at least 2 hours. I usually do overnight.
  4. Once frozen, place the bananas into a large, zip-loc bag.
  5. Store in the freezer and use as needed!
