Ever wondered how to freeze bananas? Learn an easy, foolproof way to freeze bananas for smoothies or anything you need them for!

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe bananas (or as many as you want)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them vertically into coins, just under 1/2 inch thick.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas in a single, even row onto the baking sheet
- Place into the freezer and freeze until the bananas are firm, at least 2 hours. I usually do overnight.
- Once frozen, place the bananas into a large, zip-loc bag.
- Store in the freezer and use as needed!
