Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large sauce pan.  Drain off the excess grease.
  2. Allow the beef to cool completely at room temperature.
  3. Then place the browned ground beef in a freezer bag (labeled).
  4. Get as much air out of the bag as possible and seal.
  5. Store in the freezer for 3-6 months.

Notes

  • To Thaw: Place the ground beef in the refrigerator until defrost.  Also, you can place in crock pot from frozen as well.  Meat just needs to be reheated through since it’s already cooked!
