Ingredients
- 8 cobs corn husked
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat grill on medium high, about 450ºF.
- Rub olive oil on each cob of corn.
- Rub with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place on grill, leaving at least 2 inches between each cob.
- Rotate about every 3 minutes, until evenly and lightly browned all the way around.
