How to Grill Corn on the Cob

Grilling corn on the cob is a super easy way to use up those fresh summer veggies! Sweet corn with a slight char is the perfect summer veggie.

Ingredients

  • 8 cobs corn husked
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat grill on medium high, about 450ºF.
  2. Rub olive oil on each cob of corn.
  3. Rub with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place on grill, leaving at least 2 inches between each cob.
  5. Rotate about every 3 minutes, until evenly and lightly browned all the way around.
