  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Combine the two ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whisk rapidly into the soup/stew that you need to thicken, until fully combined. Cook the dish until the sauce has thickened to your liking
