Ingredients

  • Keto Ranch Crackers
  • prosciutto
  • Sopressata
  • genoa salami
  • kalamata olives
  • cornichons
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • toasted pecans
  • Cheddar slices
  • Pepper jack slices
  • Whipped cream cheese & chives spread
  • Brie wedge
  • fontina cheese
  • Blue cheese wedge
  • sugar-free apricot jam
  • sugar-free Keto honey
  • Sugar-free dark chocolate squares
  • rosemary

Instructions

  1. Set your board up, I used this 20 x 14 board. Add the olives, cornichons, honey, jam and whipped cream cheese in small ceramic cups spaced apart around the board.
  2. Next, add all your cheeses, slices, cubed and wedges.
  3. Add all your meats, again spacing around the board so they’re not all clumped together.
  4. Next, add the Keto Crackers.
  5. Lastly, fill in all the empty spaces with the pecans and berries, then add in a few sprigs of rosemary.
