  • ½ apple I love a granny smith in this
  • 1 banana peeled then frozen
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 orange
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach tightly packed
  • 1 scoop whey protein optional
