- ½ apple I love a granny smith in this
- 1 banana peeled then frozen
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 orange
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup of fresh spinach tightly packed
- 1 coop whey protein optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely mixed.
