Ingredients

Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 banana in chunks, frozen
  • 1 coop (25g) protein powder vanilla
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or scraped vanilla bean
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds optional, or flaxseed
  • ice handful
Coffee Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup coffee cold brew preparation
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk I like oat or coconut milk for extra creaminess
  • 1 banana in chunks, frozen
  • ¼ cup cauliflower rice or ice, frozen
  • 1 coop (25g) protein powder or chocolate protein powder, vanilla
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
Banana Protein Shake
  • 1 banana in chunks, frozen
  • 1 coop (25g) protein powder vanilla
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or more milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds optional, or flaxseed
Chocolate Protein Shake
  • 1 coop (25g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 banana in chunks, frozen
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seed optional, or flaxseed
  • ice handful
  • Coconut whipped cream optional, for topping
Vegan Berry Protein Shake
  • 1 coop (25 g) protein powder vanilla
  • 1 cup mixed berries frozen
  • spinach optional, handful
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 T chia seeds optional, or flaxseed
  • ice if necessary
Peanut Butter Protein Shake
  • 1 coop (25g) protein powder vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter + more for drizzling, or peanut butter powder
  • 1 banana in chunks, frozen
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • ice if necessary, handful

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except any toppings to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ice or ingredients if needed. Add toppings (if using) and enjoy!
