Ingredients

- Bread Maker
- Bread Slicer
Bread Maker Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 g plain flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 50 ml milk
- 1 Tsp salt
- ¾ Tsp yeast
- 200 ml water
Instructions
- Place 200ml of water into the bottom of your bread maker.
- Place all the other ingredients into the bread maker (apart from the yeast). Then sprinkle the yeast over the top of the ingredients.
- Place the lid on the bread maker and cook on the desired bread setting.
- It will then start the process and take approximately 1hr45 to 3 hours to cook depending on the bread setting including kneading the bread for you.
- Place on a cooling rack then a bread board.
- Slice when cooled

Notes
- We always make a 2lb loaf using the quick bread setting. This takes just 1 hour 48 minutes. However, if we used the soft bread it would take almost 3 hours.
- We normally use semi skimmed milk. But you could also use skimmed milk or whole milk. Just use what you have in your fridge.
