How to Make Cashew Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew nuts soaked overnight, drained and rinsed, raw
  • 1/2 cup water or more, depending on thickness
  • salt pinch

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. Add more water for a thinner consistency. 
  2. Enjoy plain or add flavors for a sweet or savory cashew cream, then blend again.
