Drinking a lot of highly concentrated chamomile tea may cause vomiting. Chamomile may cause drowsiness, so DO NOT take it and drive. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or managing a health condition, it’s a good idea to check with a healthcare professional before trying this recipe. Always ensure your chamomile is clean, fresh, and free of pesticides.
