Ingredients
- 1 french baguette
- 4 Tablespoons butter softened or slightly melted
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic minced or crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cut the baguette into 1/4" slices and place in a single layer on a sheet pan.
- Mix butter, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl. Spread butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Bake in the middle rack for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and lightly sprinkle with salt.
