Ingredients

  • 8 Brown Eggs
  • Food colouring mix of colours
Kitchen Gadgets
  • Cosori Air Fryer

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the eggs into the air fryer basket and air fry at 120c/250f for 16 minutes.
  2. Place the eggs into a cold bowl of water to cool enough for you and the kids to handle. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Add food colouring to separate bowls. We did blue, red, green and orange. Then add enough water to half fill the bowl. Then stir with a spoon.
  4. Submerge the eggs into the different coloured pots and allow them to sit for 30 minutes to absorb the colour.
  5. Place the dyed brown eggs into egg cartons and place in the fridge for at least an hour. The eggs are now done for the kids to play with.

Notes

  • Duck. You can also follow this recipe and use duck eggs instead. This will give you the dream white colour and make colouring the eggs so much easier.
