Ingredients

  • 4 eggs large
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon season salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Start heating a nonstick skillet on low heat.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until evenly combined.
  3. Melt butter in the nonstick skillet.
  4. Pour eggs into the skillet.
  5. Mix the eggs as they cook almost constantly. I like to use a rubber spatula and swirl it through the eggs to break them up and encourage even cooking.
  6. When about ¾ of the eggs are cooked and the rest are still liquid, add in the salt and pepper and any other mix-ins you like (cheese, bacon, chives, etc.).
  7. Continue to mix until the eggs are almost done, but still slightly moist. Turn off the heat and let the eggs sit for a couple of minutes to cook completely through.
