Ingredients

  • 8 oz sliced deli turkey
  • 8 lices of American cheese
  • 24 crackers
  • 2 red bell peppers Sliced
  • 2 carrots Peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup grapes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice the turkey and the cheese into small squares. Slice the red pepper peppers and the carrots.
  2. Use cupcake liners to create dividers in a seal-able container.
  3. Place each ingredient into a cupcake liner and place it in your seal-able container.  This recipe makes 4 separate containers.
  4. Enjoy!

  • This is a great base recipe and you can easily switch out the protein, fruits and veggies to make this work for you and your family!
