- 30 g unsweetened 100% cocoa powder
- Β½ Teaspoon Saigon cinnamon powder , to taste
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powder , optional
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1Β½ cups granulated sugar , to taste
