Ingredients

  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, dried basil, and salt and pepper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until it is heated through and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
