How to Make Oat Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 5 cups water
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds, strain through a mesh sieve or cheese cloth and doing a double strain if necessary to remove any additional residue.
  3. Pour the oat milk into a bottle, seal and place in the fridge for up to 7 days. Best served chilled.

Notes

  • Storage: Place the milk in a sealed container and place in the fridge. It will keep well for up to 5 days.
