Ingredients

  • 6 cups basil stems removed, fresh leaves
  • 1 cup pine nuts toasted for extra flavor if desired
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated

Instructions
