  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz/240 ml) evaporated milk
  • ½ cup (4 oz/115 g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (4 fl oz/120 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ​ pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
