How to Make the Perfect Cheeseboard

This cheeseboard was built around our favourite types of cheese: sharp, tangy, flavourful cheese that have robust flavour.

Ingredients

  • A Creamy Soft Cheese like blue cheese
  • A Semi-Hard Cheese like fontina
  • A Cheese with Crystals like aged harvarti
  • cheddar cheese
  • dried cherries
  • prosciutto
  • crackers
  • fig jam
  • pomegranate arils

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice the cheese into appropriate snacking size.
  2. Place the cheese on your serving board or dish of choice.
  3. Place the other ingredients around the cheese, making sure that they are separated to prevent moisture wicking into the other ingredients ( soggy crackers etc)
  4. Refrigerate until using.
  5. Serve with toothpicks and napkins.
