Ingredients

  • 8-12 lices baguette toasted
  • 1 cup sweet cherry tomatoes 150 g
  • 1 Mango peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 5 mL
  • 1 Tbsp basil chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Balsamic reduction 5 mL
