Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh watermelon chunks
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice or lemon juice (adjust the lime and sugar to suit your taste)
Fruit Options (total 6 cups with watermelon, if desired)
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • blueberries
  • honeydew melon
  • cantaloupe
  • banana
  • Mango
  • pineapple

Instructions

  1. Molds range in price from under $10 to about $25 and come in various sizes. Have a look and find the mold perfect for you.
  2. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  3. Combine watermelon, lime juice and sugar in a blender. Pulse a few times before moving to a full blend until a smooth puree consistency is achieved.
  4. Taste mixture and see if you prefer more lime juice or sugar.
  5. Pour into popsicle mold.
  6. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  7. Before removing from molds.
  8. Serve and enjoy every bite!
