Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves minced garlic 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium lemon zest and juice
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the frozen broccoli florets in a sealable bag or bowl.
