  1. Place your leftover onion rings into the air fryer basket.
  2. Spray with extra virgin olive oil. Air fry for 4 minutes at 160c/360f.
  3. Turn, spray again, and cook for a further 2 minutes at 200c/400f.
  4. When it beeps check to make sure it is crispy enough before serving.

Notes

  • Turning. I recommend turning your onion rings otherwise they can end up sticking to the air fryer basket or being crispy on one side and soggy on the other.
  • Types. You can use battered or breaded onion rings in this recipe, the choice is yours.
  • Oil. I recommend spraying with extra virgin olive oil or your onion rings will not get as crispy as it reheats back through.
