How To Roast Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Trim the ends off the asparagus by snapping off the ends or cutting with a knife.
  3. Place the trimmed asparagus out on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until they’re tender.
