How To Roast Caulilini Baby Cauliflower
This recipe shows how to roast caulilini baby cauliflower simply with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ingredients
- 12 ounces baby cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- On a rimmed baking sheet add baby cauliflower.
- Drizzle baby cauliflower with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Toss to combine and spread out baby cauliflower so it's not overlapping.
- Roast for about 10-15 minutes or until you have reached your desired doneness. I like to roast mine closer to 15 minutes as it gives me some darker brown char on the ends of the baby cauliflower.
