How To Roast CAULILINI® baby cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2x284 grams CAULILINI® baby cauliflower
Lemon Parmesan Caulilini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup parmesan to taste
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
Savoury Caulilini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 lime zest
  • 1 lime juice

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 350F.
  2. Grease a sheet pan, or spray with non-stick.
For Lemon Parmesan CAULILINI® baby cauliflower
  1. Toss CAULILINI® baby cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
  3. When done, remove from the oven and while the caulilini is still hot, toss in lemon zest, lemon juice, parmesan, and red chili flakes.
For Savoury CAULILINI® baby cauliflower
  1. In a bowl, toss together olive oil, salt & pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder with the CAULILINI® baby cauliflower.
  2. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
  3. When done, remove from the oven and top with some lime zest and lime juice.
