Ingredients
- 2x284 grams CAULILINI® baby cauliflower
Lemon Parmesan Caulilini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1/2 cup parmesan to taste
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
Savoury Caulilini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 lime zest
- 1 lime juice
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350F.
- Grease a sheet pan, or spray with non-stick.
For Lemon Parmesan CAULILINI® baby cauliflower
- Toss CAULILINI® baby cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes.
- When done, remove from the oven and while the caulilini is still hot, toss in lemon zest, lemon juice, parmesan, and red chili flakes.
For Savoury CAULILINI® baby cauliflower
- In a bowl, toss together olive oil, salt & pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder with the CAULILINI® baby cauliflower.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes.
- When done, remove from the oven and top with some lime zest and lime juice.
