  • 3 cups raw hazelnuts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Spread the hazelnuts out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Working in 2-3 batches, carefully place the hot roasted hazelnuts into a clean kitchen towel and use your hands to rub them together to remove some of the skins.
  5. Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container
