- 1 ripe pineapple
Instructions
- Lay the pineapple side down on the cutting board, and cut the green crown of the pineapple then the bottom of the pineapple.
- Cut the pineapple in the middle lengthwise.
- Cut vertically straight through the core (center) of the pineapple. And then cut each half in half again, leaving you with four equal pieces.
- Remove the core off by slicing in the middle and in an angle of each fourth and into wedges.
- Lastly, slice the pineapple into the desired pieces and cut the skin off all at once by slicing off the flesh.
