Ingredients

  • 1 kg Whole Savoy Cabbage
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 Tsp Light I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter

  • Steamer basket

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place one tablespoon of water in the bottom of your steamer basket.
  2. Using a vegetable knife shred your cabbage and add to the steamer basket. Add your salt and pepper and mix with your hands for an even coating.
  3. Place the lid on the steamer and then place in the microwave.
  4. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, add the butter/margarine, and cook for a further 4 minutes and then serve.

  • Optional – I love my cabbage with butter or margarine, but it is totally optional.
