Steam Cabbage In Microwave. Let me introduce you to the most delicious and fastest way to cook savoy cabbage using the microwave and a steamer basket.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Whole Savoy Cabbage
- salt & pepper
- 2 Tsp Light I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter

- Microwave
- Steamer basket
Instructions
- Place one tablespoon of water in the bottom of your steamer basket.
- Using a vegetable knife shred your cabbage and add to the steamer basket. Add your salt and pepper and mix with your hands for an even coating.
- Place the lid on the steamer and then place in the microwave.
- Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, add the butter/margarine, and cook for a further 4 minutes and then serve.
Notes
- Optional – I love my cabbage with butter or margarine, but it is totally optional.
