Hugo Spritz Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce prosecco
  • 1 ounce St Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • 1 ounce lemon sparkling water
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1-2 lemon slices
  • ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Set out wine glass. Place the mint leaves and St. Germain in the glass. Stir well to infuse the mint into the St. Germain liqueur.
  2. Fill the glass half full of ice. Pour the Prosecco and sparkling lemon water over the ice.
  3. Stir again, and add 1-2 lemon slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Get creative with garnishes! Try with a lemon slice, emon twist, mint leaves or basil, fresh elderflower blooms, or lavender sprigs.
