Ingredients
- 4 ounce prosecco
- 1 ounce St Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce lemon sparkling water
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1-2 lemon slices
- ice

Instructions
- Set out wine glass. Place the mint leaves and St. Germain in the glass. Stir well to infuse the mint into the St. Germain liqueur.
- Fill the glass half full of ice. Pour the Prosecco and sparkling lemon water over the ice.
- Stir again, and add 1-2 lemon slices. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Get creative with garnishes! Try with a lemon slice, emon twist, mint leaves or basil, fresh elderflower blooms, or lavender sprigs.
