Hummus and Cucumber Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • ¾ cup hummus I used beet hummus, but you can use any flavor you want.
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut the cucumber into slices.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon of hummus on each slice of cucumber and add small pieces of feta.
  3. To finish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and you're done!
