Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber
- ½ cup Sabra Hummus any flavor!
- ⅓ cup chopped tomato
- 2 TBSP crumbled Feta cheese
Instructions
- Slice off the ends of your English cucumbers (also sometimes called hothouse cucumbers) and finely dice the ends.
- Slice the cucumber in half vertically, then in half horizontally.
- Run a mellon baller or spoon along the center to scoop out the seeds and make some space for the hummus.
- Spread hummus down the center of the cukes and top with chopped tomato, cucumber, and feta.

- Our favorite Sabra flavors are roasted red pepper and roasted garlic hummus! I used some of each for these tasty cucumber boats.
- They're also amazing spread with Sabra's Spicy or Taco Hummus and your favorite taco toppings! Try it with taco hummus topped with grated cheese, lettuce, and tomato, then add some tortilla chips and a cup of Sabra guacamole singles for a tasty side dish!
