Hummus Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 egg hard boiled
  • ¼ cup hummus any flavor will work
  • salt black pepper and paprika for sprinkling, sea salt

Instructions

  1. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the hummus. Combine well with the fork.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the center of each egg white with some of the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
