Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. hummus
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki
  • ½ cup cucumbers diced
  • ¼ cup tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup Greek olives chopped
  • 3 Tbsp feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil optional
  • pita bread or pita chips

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. On a large plate or tray, spread hummus into an even layer.  Top with tzatziki and spread evenly.  Add cucumber, tomatoes, and olives, then sprinkle with feta cheese crumbles.
  2. Drizzle olive oil around the edge (optional).  Serve with pita bread or chips.
