Hummus Pizza with Greek Tapenade
This easy, no-bake hummus pizza recipe is a super tasty lunch, appetizer or snack recipe that kiddos and adults alike will love!
Ingredients
- 1 large pita (white or whole wheat)
- 8 ounces hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- pine nuts optional garnish, toasted
Greek Tapenade
- 2 Roma tomato seeded and minced
- ⅓ cup red onion (minced)
- ¼ cup kalamata olives (minced)
- 4 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
- ¼ cup parsley (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Place pita on a large plate or platter and spread evenly with hummus.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek tapenade. Check for seasoning and adjust accordingly before spreading on top of the hummus and pita pizza. Use a pizza wheel to slice into wedges before serving.
