Hummus Tostadas Recipe

This hummus tostadas recipe is super easy to make, quick to put together, and the fried egg will rock your world.

Ingredients

  • 4 corn tostada shells*
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • ½ cup salsa
  • sour cream for topping
  • Cilantro for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Warm hummus for 30 seconds to a minute in the microwave (cold works too). Spread 2-3 tablespoons hummus over each tostada.
  2. Fry your eggs, over easy. Place each fried egg over a corn tostada.
  3. Top egg with diced avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Garnish with cilantro.

Notes

  • You can use store bought tostadas or make your own (recipe below). Alternatively, you can use regular tortillas but the base won't be crunchy.
