Ice Cream Sundae

This Ice Cream Sundae is made with homemade vanilla bean ice cream, blueberry and raspberry sauce, and chocolate-covered strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 8 coops no churn vanilla bean ice cream (see notes)
  • 1 cup raspberry sauce (see notes)
  • 1 cup Blueberry Sauce (see notes)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 4 Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Chill your serving glasses for an hour before you assemble the sundaes.
  2. To start assembling, add ¼ cup of raspberry sauce.
  3. Add 1 scoop of the vanilla ice cream as your next layer
  4. Next, add ¼ cup of blueberry sauce.
  5. Add the second scoop of the vanilla ice cream.
  6. Top with a few fresh blueberries and 1 chocolate covered strawberry and serve.

Notes

  • Vanilla Ice Cream - I like to use homemade vanilla bean ice cream for this recipe but feel free to substitute your favorite brand.
  • Raspberry Sauce - Make your sauce from scratch in just 10 minutes with this easy recipe, or buy a pre-made version.
  • Blueberry Sauce - This is harder to source than raspberry sauce, but with this easy recipe on hand, you won't have to worry about ever having to look for this in stores.
