Iced Caramel Latte

The Iced Caramel Latte combines strong coffee with caramel sauce, sugar, milk, and optional heavy cream, served over ice and optionally topped with whipped cream. This creamy, mildly sweet beverage delivers layers of coffee richness and caramel flavor, chilled for a refreshing coffee drink that can also be blended into a frosty frappuccino for added texture.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coffee strong
  • 1 heaping tablespoon caramel sauce plus optional more for topping
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or to taste, 4g
  • ½ cup milk any percentage
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream optional
  • 1½ cup ice
  • Whipped Cream optional for topping

Instructions

  1. Pour hot coffee into a liquid measuring cup and stir in caramel sauce and sugar until completely dissolved. Add cold milk and optional heavy cream.
  2. Add ice to a 16-ounce cup and pour latte over the top of the ice.
  3. Top with whipped cream if desired, serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Nutrition info estimates use 2% milk and exclude optional heavy cream and toppings for accuracy.
  • To make a frappuccino, double the sugar and use a heaping tablespoon of caramel, then blend with ice until frosty.
