Iced Golden Milk Latte

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • pinch black pepper
  • Pinch cinnamon optional
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups milk your favorite
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Add about half a cup of milk into a glass. Just enough to combine the powders with the liquid.
  2. Add the turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, maple syrup or sweetener (if using), and vanilla to the glass. Use a milk frother to whisk the powdered ingredients and combine them with the milk. Once they're mixed well, add the rest of the milk and stir.
  3. Add ice, stir to chill, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Using a golden milk mix: combine 1 scoop to 1.5 scoops of the mix with the milk. Add a little sweetener, if that's what you prefer.
