Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoon purple lavender syrup or to your taste
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 C oat milk
  • ¼ C pink dragonfruit pieces freeze-dried, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Combine lavender syrup, ice cubes and oat milk in a tall mason jar.
  2. Cover and seal with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the milk is frothy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a serving glass and top with dragonfruit pieces.
  4. Stir or gently swirl the drink and enjoy.
