Ingredients

  • 60 ml hot water
  • ½ teaspoon matcha
  • ice
  • 180 ml coconut water chilled

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat up water in a kettle.
  2. In a small heat-safe bowl, add in matcha powder.
  3. Pour hot water (about 80°C/176°F) into the matcha powder and whisk.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour in coconut water.
  6. Carefully pour the matcha over the coconut water.
  7. Stick in a straw, stir and enjoy immediately.
