Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder sifted
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • Ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha green tea powder with hot water until it forms a smooth paste. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour the matcha mixture over the ice, add milk, and stir well.
  3. Sweeten with honey if desired.
